I've only started using this Balance app. I find it so easy to use. I love that it breaks everything down from symptoms, sleep, mood, meditation, activity and food and drink. That it takes a holistic view of your whole lifestyle. I also love the challenges you can take part in. And all the useful articles to read up in. I am going to collect all this data for a month or so and go back to my doctor fully armed with more confidence and I won't let them dismiss my symptoms or feelings.

This used to be a brilliant app for tracking periods as well as general health and symptoms, diet and exercise but it suddenly stopped offering the period tracker and while I was told it was an issue with my phone and that reloading he app or doing a health report or adding medical data would sort the issue, it's been nearly 2 years and I went elsewhere for the tracking so have stopped bothering coming to balance because bouncing across multiple apps to log data every day is time consuming.

UPDATE. App issues resolved after a week. App has resumed working brilliantly. This app has been amazing - extremely informative, easily navigated & has a simple but effective way of logging my periods in the journal section. However, my version was updated on April 8th 2025, and since then, it randomly freezes, then crashes

Such a helpful app. I am very grateful to Dr Louise. I use the free version. I am wondering however can you please make a search function for topics so I can type in what I want to search? Or is that only on the paid version?

Last update was extremely poor. This app worked well until a couple of weeks ago but is now unusable. Keeps crashing every time I try to add an entry or look at the journal. Why haven't the obvious bugs been fixed?

There were hidden subscriptions costs after collecting my personal information which would have been better of said upfront. Customers are put in a "queue" to delete their account, doesn't say whether it is temporary or whether it runs up until the 7 day free trial runs out and you are charged for subscription. also doesn't say whether uninstalling the app prevents you from being charged. I am on day 2 of being the queue 🤞🏻🫡

I like this app, It allows for tracking of cycles, and perimenopause symptoms. It is easy to use and has a lot of information. It does lack medication tracking. So I am still looking for an app that does everything...

I like this app a lot as its the only one that doesn't charge just to track my cycle. But I do have an issue. Why do we need passwords to access accounts on this app????? If a hacker wants to know about my cycle they can have it. More than once the app has logged me out. I see no reason why it does this, but I know that if it happens again I will be lowering my rating and uninstalling the app. I would rather not track my cycle than deal with this app randomly logging me out of my account.

What I needed was an app that can follow my 'periods'. I have a Mirena coil fitted so I don't bleed regularly but this app allows me to track what's going on along with what I eat, flushes, mood, and how I'm feeling generally . Would totally recommend it to any individual who's going through this stage in their life regardless of how they identify themselves.

great app, good journal however i would like to see it having more functions where I can add more details.

The app is simple to use and contains useful information. I would like to see more options in the food and exercise sections. I eat a lot of beans and pulse but that option isn't there. Also some exercise styles are missing.bIt would be good if we could manually add some food & exercise optiins to give a more accurate picture of what we eat/exercise daily. Other than that it's great. I find the community conversations and the experiments useful too
